Championship BBQ of course!
This is the ultimate fall festival. This event is so much more than JUST a fall festival or a backyard BBQ duel, it’s a Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) sanctioned four-meat Master Series State BBQ Championship (on Saturday) and a Pacific Northwest BBQ Association (PNWBA) sanctioned four-meat State BBQ Championship (on Sunday). Which means it has the potential for being TWO Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue (draws) and American Royal Invitational Qualifiers, as well as a Team of the Year (ToY) event for KCBS and PNWBA.

- Real bathrooms (no portables!)

- Access to full kitchen with 3 basin hot water sink for dishwashing
- Short walk from all team sites to INDOOR Judging
- Centrally located right off I-395 a short drive, from Portland, Seattle, Boise, Spokane, and less than 1 hour from the Tri-Cities area
