Q. How can I pay for my entry?
A. We take credit cards (via online payment), checks and cash! If you wish to pay by credit card, online, you may do on the secure payment page which you will see immediately after completing the form below. If you prefer to handle your payment by check or cash, just note this in the comments below, and we’ll send you all the info.
Q. When can I load in?
A. Vendors can arrive no earlier than 8:00am. They should be completely set up, with their car off the field by 9:30am.
Q. What do I need to bring – other than the obvious?
A. A table & chair(s), and a pop-up tent if you are in a 10 x 10 space. The tablespaces should be shaded by trees at that point in the year, and will not accommodate tents, umbrellas might work.
Q. Where will I be located?
A. For the 10 x 10 spaces, you will be assigned a spot on Monsignor Adams field. The table spaces are on the sidewalk of Church Street along the fence of Monsignor Adams field.
Q. Will I be on… Grass? Dirt? Pavement?
A. Tent booths will be on grass. Table Vendors will be on hard packed dirt.
Q. When can I leave?
A. The event ends at 5:00 and we expect you to stay until then. We cannot allow you to bring your car onto the field until after 5:00.
Q. Will I have help for set up?
A. The Knights will assist you. Please let us know you need help. We are good at a lot of things. Mind reading is not one of them. We are men, after all!!
Q. Can I register and pay on the day of the event?
A. No. You must be registered and paid in advance. No walk ins.
